hence why almost anything sold by trinity reedy lrp etc is called a modified motor, even the stock ones are heavily modded compared to the johnson/mabuchi 540RS....

Nice find! Although to me they look like Mabuchi 550's (aka Titans)? The Titans are just rebadged Mabuchi's and they also have a 12V rating (silver cans are only rated for 7.2V). And I think you can see the internal fan in that pic too...either way tho, that's a great find, now I know where to get hold of cheap motors! :nice:
