I havent watched a super bowl since super bowl 16, more of a motorsports and baseball fan myself. I use to like Steelers though back in the day, so I'd vote for them.

I do have the halftime show on right now and the Stones are ROCKIN!! they still got it after all these years   :chug:

That was the worse officiated game I have ever seen!!

Not a football fan in least regard, but I was rooting for Seattle - mostly because the Seahawks are as close to an NFL team AK will ever have. (I use the term "close" in reference to geographical location.)

The first TD Pittsburg made was fake in my opinion. The Iraqi elections held in 2001 were more unbiased. :werd: I quit watching after the Stones were about half-way through. Not a big fan of them, but I'd rather watch them than see Janet's bare, shriveled up…I don't know what that was, to be honest.

The Stones were bad, the refs sucked, the Seahawks weren't trying to hard, the Steelers were on fire, the score should've been a little closer, radials are much more popular :nice: , but, oh well!!

Football sucks!!

Well, NASCAR is coming up, WHOOPEE!! :horse: I dunno, that is getting pretty bad too. I'll just watch the Truck races, because my dad likes them and watch the Daytoner 500 and some others, especially the Talledager 500!!

When is the BAJA 1000 on or is it done?

*before I say this, I do get nascar races on motors tv on digital sattelite in the UK and I do like watching it :nice: *

yey Nascar, where you can watch a bunch of cars drive around in a circle for hours... :lolbeat:

actually I do like Nascar, there's certainly more overtaking than in Formula1!

the baja 1000 is on Nov 15-18 '06 according to this site: http://www.score-international.com/baja1000/index.ihtml

thanks!! :nice:

I like NASCAR to and that's awsome that you can get it and watch it and that you like it a little better than F1, but it is getting a little to "rulie" and commercialized! But screw all of them, I love NASCAR and I will keep on watching it!! I like watching a bunch of cars going around in circles trying to catch each other for hours!! They never give up! :boxin: Determined! :burnout:

 :banghead:

yeah I keep up with F1 too, cuz they are trying to shake that up to make it more competitive - 2005 was better than its been for a long time, I hope 2006 works out much more entertaining tho...

Ya, I like F1 but I always miss the races!! :banghead: I do look out for them and watch them though. There is a new team, I forget what it's called but it has a silver, black, and red paint job on it. :dunno: I like how there is a lot of stuff going on and changing about other racing series and F1 especially and I like that stuff, it keeps me watching. Different motors, switching teams, retiring, etc. I do hate that the DTM and V8 Supercars are on at 3 and 4am on Speed, how am I supposed to see them? :banghead:

Is Schumacher retiring this year?
It sucks that Toyota quit IRL to go to NASCAR Cup Racing, BAAAD mistake I think because aren't they the winningest name in IRL? :lolbeat:

Spoon37
02-14-2006, 05:13 PM
dunno there's a few changes for 06, a new team Midland F1 might be the ones your thinking of, but there's Red bull team 2, and the full works BMW team this year(replacing sauber).

DTM's pretty cool I dont watch as much of it as I would like, but its a good example of high tech racing that isnt a forgone conclusion. F1's bosses could learn alot from DTM...

Stupid Speed.. :banghead: I love playing DTM and V8 Supercars on TOCA 2 but I want to see it on TV because I don't really have the money to go to Germany right now!!

Midland F1 is what I was thinking. I knew that Red Bull was going to have a new team and I didn't know that BMW team would replace Sauber, thanks!! :nice:
