These pics were taken long ago by my friend with his blue GL. He got a little bored so he played with some of the pics.

Ah real nice. I think saw one of the pics before on a site. It could have been on one of the Tamiya monthly pics on Tamiyausa.com. Also the pics really make the trucks look scale and real like.

Here are some later pics after finishing my wife's tanker trailer. I have to convince her that the tanker trailer looks better with my GL and the box trailer matches her Knight Hauler more lol.

Thanks breaker. I recently posted the last pic from my first post at Tamiya. Need to get some shots with the Knight Hauler but that paint job didn't come out good at all.

Ah nice, you got the wife in on it too eh. Is the flatbed on the blue GL custom fabbed? kinda looks like it from the under side.

Yep, he did a lot of things to his truck. The blue on his animal guard is actually straws, mounted antenna's on the mirrors, had a funtional electric radiator fan, and made his own light kit. I didn't really get a good look at his trailer but I know he did a lot to it.
Get the wife into the hobbies is a must. If she can play too it won't be bad getting new stuff. I had her fly a couple of times but I don't think she wants to anymore because I scold her too much.

I'm beginning to not like this guy.
Hawaiian weather, a sweet Globe Liner, and a wife who's into RC trucks? Some guys have all the luck
Welcome to the board :chug: Great paint on that rig :nice:

Thanks. I'm really proud of my GL especially since I can't paint for beans.
I'll have to admit, I am very lucky to have her. She literally supports the hobby (Hot Bodies Lightning Street is my advanced xmas gift and the High Lift is my advanced bday gift(Jan), not to mention I'm supposed to get a small allowance every other month). That's aside from the planes she got or helped me get. I'm lucky, I just get her Snoopy stuff and there really isn't much stuff and/or they're small stuff.
Anyhow, will post some pics of the not so nicely painted Knight Hauler later.

Cool, I'll check to see if you post some pics. Did you get the mfu? If you don't already have a trailer, get the tanker.
