Black Top Secret S15. The front is not done yet though. Don't mind the rice'ness; with the one wiper. The other one broke. I got an HPI accessories kit on its way to cover that problem. It'll take a while to get here; due to the holidays though.
What do you guys think? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() to be continued...

Great looking paint job. I think it would look better with some wider offset wheels.

looks great
- I agree with Bnoland though, the wheel design looks good with the paint but there seems to be alot of wing/wheel arch overhanging the front tyres, and even the rears dont seem full width.kinda gives it that pro street dragster look (where you have really narrow wheels up front with otherwise fairly normal wheel arches). maybe thats not a bad thing? ![]() I know both Tamiya and HPI make a 31mm wide wheels intended for rears, the front is a bit trickier to fix. I know those pajero/s10 wheels are +5 mm offset so I'm not sure you can find much wider intended for touring cars ![]() |

HPI has started to make some really good looking wheels with up to 9mm offset that I have seen. I have a set of them on my drift Euro Semi truck.

I've got the deep dishes on its way from Genki... It just takes a while for them to get here. I should've ordered them with the HPI accessories parts that just got in last weekend. I have photos of that posted soon. But It'll be another 2 weeks for the wheels to get here.
Do you guys think this is b/c the wheels or the chassis I am using? Its a TA02.

Added some more decals on the front; hood, top, and spoiler.
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh and thanks guys for the tip on the Inter-cooler sticky... Love the Blitz idea...but HKS sounds really nice. Where can I get a decal like that?

the 'Tamiya 58159 HKS Opel Vectra JTCC' has lots - its an older kit but I cant imagine the decal sheet is as expensive as that of a sand scorcher or similar
http://www.tamiyaclub.com/picturefra...121908_2.j pg theres also the more recent HKS altezza ta04 (58276): http://www.tamiyaclub.com/picturefra...203449_2.j pg there might be other aftermarket ones but these are good quality and shouldnt break the bank. ![]() |
