Heads Up and a Small Rant from me


If you are UK I urge you not to use Parcel Force ever again

I posted 2 Boxes to Tom at RC4wd on the 30th March.
Top Secret Project which Used High End Parts.
I chose Global Express 3 Day Service, It was important and valuable.

I paid £89.50 ($142.00) for this service!!!!
Expensive yes but it would be tracked all the way and signed for at the other end.

So who wants to have a guess when they arrived???















12th April

Fuming isn't the word, The Address was Computer Printed in full on both boxes.
Hand written on both Dispatch Notices and entered elctronically as well.

Want to have a guess why they couldn't deliever them?

Its a cracker I tell you.
















Address problem - insufficient address


I recieved a Letter on the 10th asking for address details I phoned them and gave them exactly the same that I'd given them no less than 6 Times on the boxes.

In the Meantime Tom (RC4WD) Contacted FED Ex as he has a Man on the Inside.
Turns out the parcels were less than 2 miles from his address and had been for the last 10 days.

They have now been delievered safe and sound no thanks to Parcel Force.


Here's the Kicker and for all those who didn't know because I was one of them.

Parcel Force is not Regulated by Anyone!!

Royal Mail are regulated by the Office of Communications (OFCOM)

But even though Parcel Force is Part of Royal Mail OFCOM wont entertain any Parcel Force Complaints.

Basically your Stuffed if anything goes wrong.

I have lodged a complaint with Parcel Force asking for a Full Refund. I'm not holding my breath.

So Rant Over and just think next time you want to send that Parcel do you really want to use Parcel Force???

I've used them a few times (last time they damaged my item).

I mainly try stick with royal mail Special services. But yeah, I also dislike Parcel Farce with a passion.

Yep, a joke! I waited a week for a 48hr package and two weeks for a 24hr express package.

You want to hear something messed up. You remember that mystery package i payed for with my address on it? I payed for the customs and it was delivered to the owner, i still haven't got my money back.

Damn, I was getting ready to move to the U.K. but after hearing that your express mail service is as fouled up as ours, I think I'll just stay here.
