Default Chaser offroad adventure trailer now with RTT
Hey guys its been a while since i built something.
Have a lot of styrene lying around and decided to build a trailer for my fj cruiser. Its a limited build no brazing and will use mostly styrene. Pablo has proven me how strong it is lol.

Pic of chaser offroad trailer










Decided to use a Leaf spring for the suspension.


Attach the lid using small hinges from home depot.






Spent a lot of time experimenting with the hitch. And came up with this

That goes to my fj tow hitch and lock it using the pin.










Still have to make a roof top tent, fender flares, spare tire carrier and a lot of accessories.

WOW that is a really nice trailer. How did you make the axle and also how did you attach it to the leafs as I am about to do the same thing.

Looks Great Bone, I made one for the Willy's some time back as well. They are a fun little build.

Thanks. I used aluminum tubing and a threaded rod for the axle.

Thanks. Got a little update. Change the tires to 1.9 out croppers. Made fender flare and mount the spare tire.

Thanks everyone. I saw a pet tent Online and ordered it. Will be using it for my roof top tent.
Installed some tail lights and a dust light in my spare tire






The battery and switch is inside my tool box

The trailer frame is 5.5 in and 13 in long. Fender to fender is 8 inches wide.

Installed some license plate


Fire extinguisher and tool box


Put some lock on the lid.


Radio antenna


Heres the pic of the tent i ordered. Cant wait to install it.
