Attention RC4WD - Customer Feedback
Good Day RC4WD:
This will be short and to the point. Just received my TrailFinder 2 order. You have come a long way since your first products. I was absolutely impressed with the packaging, the directions and the product in the box. It looks like it came straight from a "regular" r/c manufacturer. I plan on purchasing another - congratulations on a fine product from start to finish from packaging to shipping ! (Mine was order #37476 - just waiting for the motor)

I also have been a long time customer of RC4WD and they have never let me down. I also just bought the TF2 (order number 37923) and was amazed with the kit and packaging.
What is more important to me is customer service and RC4WD has had great service since day one. They are always quick to fix any problem! Keep up the good work and thanks for making an amazing kit!

So far all but one order I have placed has had one or more problems. They have always made it right... although it takes 2 or 3 trys. Don't get me wrong the products are great. I just placed another order #38072 lets hope there are no problems with it. I also think it would be nice if they had a phone number so we could call and talk to a person... they have a place on the web site where the phone number should be but there isn't one... .

I have had several orders through RC4WD, and had no problems until my most recent order. RC4WD went beyond what was necessary to fix the problem and I greatly appreciate it. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you RC4WD.

i have had great service with them i had a speed controller go bad and they were more than happy to work with me on the problem got a new one in 4days! great service!
now if you ask a kinda stupid question they will answer it in a timely maner

 my TF2 arrived from hong kong to the UK in just its kit box with no extra packaging, box was crushed on one corner and at 1st all looked ok, but after putting the chassis together and then unwrapping the shell its been stressed and cracked and is way out of shape, absolutley gutted going back to my FJ45 build while i work out what to do, have emailed tom.aside from this i never have any issues with RC4WD! and everything has been spot on, just waiting for some stock to arrive to place my next order  always takes around 2 weeks for snail mail to uk.

Just wanted to add that Tom has been very helpful with my cracked cab and is sending me out a replacement, keep up the good work RC4WD!

First i would like you to sticky this to the firts page so we your satisfied customers can leave you guys feedback!
I just received my TF 2 and what a sweet look it was! The package was superb. The hole package just looks quality strait thru! Superfast shipping from Japan (?) to Sweden! Ordered it 12-11-04 and got it today 12-11-12 just over a week! including weekend!!! Thanks guys and I can't wait till I start the build. I guess I'll wait till the X-mas holidays! Thanks again!
