Just as the title says...TF2 built almost stock, just put front shockhoops a bit back, and put the tierod up on the knuckles. I also used different wheel/tire combo, cause i love the look of stompers on hilux.
It's got 35T rc4wd motor, DSys ESC (local manufacturer), GT3B radio, Hitec steering and TowerPro shifting servo. Just as everyone else said, the kit is awesome, everything fits and building is really relaxing ![]() Here some pics, first time outside.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Thanks, i have soft spot for flat paintjobs. Pablo, i thought of it, but i really suck at spraying, so i wanted decals, but dont like the look of semi gloss vinyl decals on flat body, so this one will stay like this.
Anyway i took ot to the scale run on saturday and i gotta say i am pretty surprised and impressed with it's ability. Of course you have to choose your path wisely, but it simply works. So far i really like it, except of driveshafts, I hate those driveshafts, they are soft like rubber and both gave up, first they just popped from the yoke, so i clicked them back, but later the plastic just ripped off. And i was not doing any hardcore bashing, regular trail driving, no extremes. Other than that, great truck. |
