Tonite I put my Braeker lock on my track loader

http://www.tobias-braeker.de/

This is a cool feature with this leveling bucket, you can push & pack with the heel of the bucket.

When I bought this Scale Art track loader used in April of 2012, the model was equipped with sound & lights via Servonaut, but it left so little room under the cab that the space left for a battery was a tiny 3s Life with a capacity of maybe 2000mAh... didn't last a day in my possession before I gutted that shyt out to fit a 4000NiMH. Plus the for/rev esc was Servonaut too, swapped that out as well for a 2x12 Sabertooth, much better control.

I believe his currently used excavators are Premacon and Vario.

My current excavators are Vario & Fumotec, which are virtually the same b/c the Vario hoe & B50 ADT were designed by the same guy that is now owner/operator of Fumotec, Frank Priesendorpher. Frank continues to work for Vario Helicopters as well as run his own small model kit company.

Current project on the workbench

The tractor is never gonna be this clean again!!!

Don't know why those lil plate covers don't come welded in place... they're around here somewhere.

Back to shop for repairs... can you see why?

One quick fix is to cover the hinges, just a bit of grit is stopping the doors from fully closing. I had the foresight to bevel the top edges of the doors pinch point, but that's not enough.

Gotta burn the paint...

I never had a sense of scale for the D9 until that last pic of it on the work bench, using the electrical box as a scale reference. That thing is big !

A few other guys that have built D11's in 14th scale, this D9 in 10th is near identical in size, maybe a tad bigger.

Got my cross dump trl operational, works pretty good, but still have a few bugs to work out... trl holds a 20L pail full of dirt.

Thanx for interest RC Crank... here's some more videos for your enjoyment.

The past month occasionally been screening lumps from the basement pile, moved a couple of cubes by now. What a difference making the screener cage from aluminum, 5-6lbs less hanging out on the end of the boom, can really load 'er up & not tip over the hoe.
