looking great , have you decided on a interior?
for mounting i have been using some of these super magnets[rare earth]
one on the body and one under it on the frame at all four corners ,they hold great but come off for changes easy

I am going to do some simple interior stuff. All just stuff I have around. I will try rare earth. I have a bunch for my planes and heli's. I just have a hard time getting them to say on. The magnent itself. THey seem to pull off for me. What glue do you use?

I've used Shoe Goo in the past. Scuff the magnet a bit first to give the glue something to bite into. Exterior looks great!

shoe goo works and also 5 minute epoxy will do it
sometimes i will use a wide strip of styrene and glue or bolt it to something on the lower half and put the top one inside the body so there is one or two layers of plastic between the two so even super glue will hold it in place that way

still got some weathering to do, but most of this is done. I am open to suggestions for more realism. The rare earth magnets worked awesome to attach the body to the interior platform.

I've always liked them too. Now, to drive a real one somewhere! Hmmm...
