Default Prepairing for a dune trip ( what will the best motor be ??? )

So as you guys know I'm busy building a Hilux at the moment and we will be going on a dune trip with our 1:1's to the Namib desert in Namibia Obviosly the rc's are coming with us and hopefully the hilux will be a runner by then Well I'm not so fimiliar with motors so I need you guys help !!! I allways ran the stock silver can from tamiya or novak 55 turn in my cr-01 for crawling and some trials . So I tested it out on some dunes at the beach awhile ago ,but it's way to slow with the 55 turn (obviosly) and the silver can does it's job but it's still a little to slow for the longer-steeper dunes I treid the 18-22 turn gears on the motor's and either it's to slow or don't have enough power ( I use the tamiya cr-01 transmission ) So what motor do I have to buy that won't cost a fortune and will do the job right
Just some photo's of our last trip ( it really don't have to go up that dunes just for playing at the camp site and so !!! )

I think it's more about speed in the sand rather than power ,but you still will need power for some real sand offroading . What are your opinions ?
