look into the new offroad LED lighting the guys are now starting to use in desert racing. it's crazy and very easy to build 1:10 scale. you may not be interested but it is becoming the new big thing for us 1:1 guys

brand doesn't matter to me but this IS a ford body so it'll have ford decals on it. working on the suspension right now so expect pics this evening!

chassis pics as promised... plans call for a full roll cage w bumpers, light bars and spare tire mounts, oil filled coil-overs at all 4 corners and a bunch more cool goodies...

it WAS a hornet chassis... I know some of you are wondering WHY a hornet... well simplicity mainly... the hornet/ grasshopper gearbox is dam near indestructible AND add the fact that it's a solid rear axle but without torque twist!!! and the fact that the battery can be loaded from the bottom without removing the body! and once I get all the tubework done the body will be in sections anyway so this makes charging it easier. when it's done people will understand my decision

That's using the old noggin, KC No need to over-engineer it.
