Strange looking critter...ahahaha
I have the bull boss tuned up, and the more i shoot it ...The more I like it.
Grouping under a dime with the JSB kings at 30 yrds.. 1/2 inch at 50 yrds.
Seems to be getting more accurate the more it's shot.
I'll be having a friend help me with a DIY pump here in a week or so.
Gathering up a few parts still and need to buy another hand pump just for it.
Going after this..
Theirs a you tube vid of working.
Should work great for me when I'm home.
So far, I'm nuthings into gear box and bearings....Thanks to my father.

Pcp pumps can be had for as little as $300
A shoebox compressor is $700

Price tgat electric motor and gearbox.upwards of $400

Then the pump still needs the cool down period after about 50 strokes depending on speed.
Cool design,if you already have the parts on hand yes its a easy cheap solution.

China wholesalers have a pcp 4500 psi pump for $300 shipped.

Thanks guys.
As we have most of the materials laying around Cept the pump...
(I will be ordering another one.)
Thinking this direction for sure and save a bit of money to boot.
Ive looked into the electric compressors and I'm sure I'll get one eventually this year, And I don't really mind on pumping the gun up by hand now that it's sighted in and I'm getting familiar with it.
Ive even been washing and lubing the pellets and sorting them..even weighed out a tin of the JSB's and a tin of the H&n's..Helped a lot on accuracy...
My next purchase will be a extra tube or two now.
I have got permission from a huge cattle feed lot a couple miles away to shoot the pest birds. They were actually excited to see me come out and start on the critters. Just need to sneak off and get-r-done.
Here is the vid on how the DIY one works.

If i built it,id go slower to prevent heat buildup on the cylinders....and 2 cylinders
.same concept that you have.
like this

But as ou812 stated it can be bought cheaper.
But i like to tinker n build.

Dang that one is pretty slick.
My gear box is 25 to 1 and only has one side nub for the arm. Not two like the above one.
I still need a 1.6 motor, my friend says he has a couple just sitting.
Reading what people have said on the one I posted, speed is a concern although the maker said he didn't have any problems with the seals over heating.
I do want to get a water trap too..I have seen a hint of moisture when I release the pump pressure release.
Any idea on the make of the hand pump ?
Looks to be a lot longer throw then my benji ...
Interesting stuff my friend, all info as you know is greatly appreciated.

Ya got em ..
Ive a few sneaking round at night in my back yard now that my motion censer flood light has majestically stopped working.
I believe a skunk has moved under the bully barn again too.

On the 25 cal Hatsan Bull boss.. Love it ..
I went out the weekend before last on some private property, lined with huge cottonwoods and infested with Starlings.
In three hours I seriously lost count of how many I dropped.
Filled a 1/4 of 55 gal drum trash can... Had to be over 50 plus....
The property owner was in Heaven and watched like a hawk the whole time.
Pulled off a lot of 60 yrd shots, most were 40 yrds though.
Seriously had a great time. Gun is preforming above my expectations..
Probably never purchase another 22 rim fire ever again...heheheee.
Was invited back as I hardly made a dent in the population.
Needing to improve on my scope cam and do some Vid next time out though.
