me either....lol.

first out door run in the rain.open diffs suck....cant climb anything.gonna lock the rear diff, install something thick in the front.
plus these cc01 tires are crap.only good for lite trail use,and scale use.
so tires are needed, maybe some ebay landy rims and tires.something a lil bigger dia than these.
im leaning toward atv style tread....you know the ones us scalers throw out...like losi rock claws, proline chissels, hot bodies rover.treads built like atv tread.

heres the tire tread im looking at...something atvish.
but these are semi hard plastic.

Very nice work.

I'd love to have one of those bodies myself.

Lookin good. Guess this is as good a place to make a return as any. Glad you finaly did what i never done. Back when i bought it, it was rc, really cheap rc. At that time on the shelf, they also had a kawasaki mule version next to it, but the rhino was bigger and worked with my 1/6th scale figures better. Had this been toy only, say for the 1/6 scale figures, it would be a tad larger and the figures would not have had half the head sticking out the roll bar. lol..

I like the tires, they do resemble an atv tread very well.

You mean the RC GO ones or w/e they are called ?
I had planned on getting those, but was curious what the height was on the stock exceed tires as well.

I don't know what size tire would work on there, but have a spare set of these laying around. Way bigger than 1.9's though.

EDIT: found a side view, tires are about as tall as 2.2 TSL's. Shows the wheels as well.

Man that ATV is badass, local goodwill had one but they wanted $50 for it
I love the tires on it, pretty soft and air filled.

Got this for more than $50...Would have jumped all over it at that price! Wanted the wheels really, though it's pretty beefy and would be a nice project to soup up with some modern go-power. Of course, later I found just a set of wheels for sale (facepalm) Plan an ATV project myself ..someday..

Looking at it again, I think the wheels would be too big for igotit's creation. Unless he wants a monster UTV

that atv is pretty nice.but I think the tires would be too big on the rhino.ive given the rhino to ou812....not that I don't want or like it,he really wants it.

Cool. I've had plans to do the same to mine. But still haven't got to it yet.

Liking the chosen wheels in the last few pics.
