Default Scale Ford F150 Complete Interior with Gauges

This has been a long time coming but we are almost there! This is a complete interior that I designed for my Blackfoot and my Subaru Brat chassis with a Blackfoot lid. I always loved the interior on the 1980-86 Ford trucks as that dash always looked soooooo cool! I finally got the prototype back from Shapeways.com and am working on the detailing. I am going for the XLT model with faux wood grain and must say that it might actually look better on this 1/10 scale version than on the real thing! The only think left is the fiberoptic dash gauges and radio/climate control system. They are printed and detailed but I need to wire up some 5mm LED's and then let the light show begin (I hope...).

Geez! That looks awesome! Are you going to offer the interior in a Shapeways store or just keeping this as a one off?

Nice work

Thanks man. I am a sucker for lighting. Working on something similar for my Bruiser and TF 2 Yota.

I wanted to see how the interior would look in SLS nylon with zero prep since there were a lot of people concerned on how hard it would be to prep. Honestly, not to bad.

I also had some left over prototype parts so I tossed them in my old BF shelf. Looks like the driver fits!
