Thanks, we'll see some paint after the main details are done and I've gone round and put all the dents in the right places, even got a bayonet hole to add!
In a word yes..... Mines got a retro fitted V8 too, couldn't tell you what I get to the gallon tho, never worked it out, don't want to know but it's not alot

I was very pleased with the way they came out! Stuck on with E-6000 which seems to be the best out the glues i've tried.

Yes you really do but I know what you mean about life getting in the way! And if it were my truck i'd feel ill just lookin' at it after the "kitchen incident"

Thanks man to be honest I frequently lose the will to live doing it, usually after the 88th atempt at making one part!! Lol. Have to be in the right mood too

This detail stuff don't half take a while....

Bit more done tho making the spare wheel locking post for the bonnet (uh hum, hood )



bonnet almost done





There are more bits done but will save that 'til I show you the denting stage

Yeah, the recent pictures don't work for me either. But I did not see the ones before them until yet. These details were really great! In the pictures you have to look twice to realise them to be of the model.

Now waiting for the last picture problem being resolved, so that I can drool over the keyboard again....

Cheers buddy, they're just bits of brass rod and are detail. On the 1:1 they are rubber pads for the spare wheel to sit on
