the rb series can hold 1000 hp on stock block and be very reliable.
theres plenty 800 hp daily driver 150 k mile skylines out there.
I've driven stock 6.0 take outs with a turbo on e85 that dyno over 1000hp. Rod bolts, head studs ls9 head gaskets and injectors. Everything else is stock.

Awd is ok for drag racing until you get fast. 4wd diesel drag trucks shift out of 4wd once they are moving, and they have plenty of torque. Good suspension, and a lot of rubber will eat up awd any day. The Nova has slammed the bumper on the ground on the street before. No prep, no pimp juice, not even a burn-out. When you launch, your front tires are too light to give you any extra bite. Unless your rear tires didn't hook. Once you get past 9 second 1/4 mile times, awd can get really sketchy. You lose traction on one rear wheel, your front drops and you get some control back. If a front tire breaks loose, you can hook a 90 straight into the wall before you can think. The awd Talon I had that was running 8.9's was horrible about it.

tows awesome.....so well that it doesn't even need a factory installed trailer harness.

I will say that I loaded the bed to the top with sand and drove 20 miles back home.
I estimated over 2k lbs, took about half mile to stop from 50 mph, steering was light,me and my friend lifted the front off the ground easily.
the axel was bottomed out when halfway full.

I was hunting last year and some a$$hole was trying to scare off the hogs with one of those. Turned out bad for him, the hogs didn't like it any more than I did. They rammed it out of the air, then trampled it, then I shot one. When they guy came to get it, he fell down a couple times and lost some teeth. I wouldn't know anything about that part though... Lmao.

Now that I believe....everyone seems to think that, especially with chargers...smh. And 700 cubes...thats almost an unphathomable amount of displacement. I'd be quite happy with 500 in my cuda (hypothetically) but not from a hemi...tired of hearing about hemis.

I was always a max wedge kind of guy myself. Hemi's look cool, but it's a lot of extra weight for not much power. And those heads take up all the room in those unibody cars. I'm used to Chevys and jeeps where I can climb up under the hood and stand beside my engine. Mopar's get cramped unless you have a full tube chassis.

When it comes to big blocks, 700ci ain't as hard to get as it used to be. LS aftermarket stuff is getting close to being the same. Efi, turbo's and e85 have brought on a whole new horsepower war. Too much isn't close to enough...
