Default wltoys v911 micro heli is the shat!

ive owned a few cheap walmart coax helis, even the blade mcx...nothing flew as good and stable as the $50 rtf v911.the 911 is a trex 100 clone, but everyones says it flies way better.

i unboxed it,charged it,flew it.....and wow.
this thing is stable, predictable and easy to control.
i can actually put the transmitter down for about 30-45 seconds before i need to center her in my 18 wide room.

best $50 i ever spent.

i have about 15 flights,my friends put 12 flights...this thing is tuff and stable.i hit a wall full foward flight on purpose 5 times in a row to test its strength.i finally broke 1 blade....the eye that the screw goes through.a dab of super glue put her back in the air.
its unbelievably stable, and predictable....im still amazed every flight.worth every penny.my mcx cant touch this heli in performance and durability.
i cant praise it enough.

the verdict

they all fly beautifully, all tuff, all bind perfect.
the hero seems a little more sensitive....not much, but a noticable difference to me.im used to flying my white 911 only.
the black and orange v911 feels identical to my white v911.

the hero 911 and orange 911 have new style battery.on a hard crash the new style battery pops out,no big deal...gotta inspect the damage anyway after a crash.

bottom line...$44-$55 shipped....is a awesome deal.
i had $200 coax helis that cant beat this performance and stability, eaiser than any coax i flew.
ive had a blade mcx,blade cx,blade cx2,air hogs coax,and a no name brand coax.ive flown 5 other coax helis....nothing compares to the v911.

+1 on the V911.

I have lots of quads and single rotor helis. Both large and small. The V911 is so cheap and so much fun!

Crikey! The really amazing thing is you have A CAT THAT CAN FIX A HELICOPTER. I may well score one o'those things based on your high regard!

Have tried a cool heli that is totally unflyable (For me) a few years back, can't even remember what it is- Looks cool, about 19" rotor dia. Main thing is, I hate coax's as they don't look like helicopters, so this is a good possibility.

Sure wish there were scale fuselages for these, UH-1B, etc. Anyone know of such? Chris REC

you need to to try the white version chris.
on rcgroups people have modded scale canopies for other micro copters to fit.i think the blade mcx scale canopies can fit.
