Default E-Slayer Rally Edition

Picked up a Slayer on here awhile back with a blown motor and has been sitting on a shelf for a bit with plans for doing a brushless e-conversion.
Found a body for it a few days ago at A-Main Hobbies and ordered it up to the tune of $71 with a couple cans of metallic blue (pics when I get it).
I ordered a RC-Monster Revo motor mount and will run a Novak HV 6.5 system with the sintered rotor upgrade. It will run on a 4S A123 pack, and other mods will include Traxxas P3 rockers to lower and reduce suspension travel, some type of under body plate, sway bars (probably Tekno), and 1:8 buggy wheels and tires.
Yeah yeah, I know, a little premature to start the thread, so before anyone else does, let me beat y'all to it......

Also, I wasn't too sure where to put this, being it's not, won't be, a truck but is 1:8 scale, could be a buggy but not 2WD, so feel free to move it into a better fitting sub-forum.

Got the RC Monster motor mount Saturday, stripped some stuff of the chassis and should get the body today. I'll post a pic with body tonight.

Here's the body, an 1:8 scale Kyosho Scooby, and it's a big body! A bit wider than the Slayer so I'll have to widen the track a bit, probably with 6mm offset 17mm hubs I found. Also, the WB is almost a perfect match but the Slayer bumpers keep the body from sitting down so they match in the pic but will when mounted.
