Default Joat's Sand Scorcher 10 build

Wont bore you with a complete build, just some tweaks options on did
DIY cross brace, used hex rod because I may put a cross support, even though I got a CF chassis on the way, also doing a direct steering setup, not sure if I am gonna run the radio box or not?

Did a copy of a 50 caliber customs chassis/trans protector, also you can see the RCchannel rear suspension setup, and coil over conversion using Tamtech shocks

Billet motor and gear covers, they dont fit all that great on the SS10's, at least to me?

different view of the rear brackets I made for the coil overs

Still gotta work out how I am gonna make the setup to allow the sunroof to have a spring setup so that should I roll on top of the roof the sunroof will close and not break

Nice, i like the brace and the direct steer idea. I'm also thinking bout not using the radio box as i have all waterproof electronics and it would save on weight. I would like to know how well the rear suspension does, can't wait till you take it out for a shake down run and let us know how she does. I also like the rear chassis brace and trans cover.

If it's slow next week at work I plan on starting on the body , I also added a ball diff and used sealant on the trans case, really waiting on the CF chassis and the build will be pretty much complete.
I also figured out how to nearly stop the stock shocks form leaking, even though I wont be using them, or I may and make the Team crp coil over kit work with the re-release shocks.
