Cell Foam ER Shell. I am going to sand the edges to match the 1:1 then coat it with Armorstone a foam safe hardcoat.

This next one is really what had me for a loop until a broken fieldmen camera came back from the field and I cracked it open. The Earth Roamer has in-motion Satellite TV and Internet, displayed on a 19Ē rotate-able monitor.

Interior Seat cushions

I could not find the right leather for the seats so I tried this fake suede from a fabric store. Was easy to work with and cheap.

Brazing Supplies. I use a raised steel plate for a brazing surface. Works like a champ. Magnets and metal clamps to hold the pieces, mini-torch, Large plumbers torch, PPE, 5% silver no lead solder and flux, etc.

The Table Bracket.

Still has to be painted black but a pre shot of where it goes.
