Progress as you see is a little non existant, aged parent hospitalized, so free time for the most part has evaporated at least for a little bit. Will do building and updates as time becomes available.

Thank you very much for the thought, and the comment on the build.

Starting back at it. The event that kept me away is at an end, not what was looked for or hoped for but there it is. Anyway built up some plugs so I can cast the tail lamps. I some times wonder if it would be easier to use solid material. But than I find I cast several slightly different forms before I'm happy. Here are the plugs.

Well lenses are cast. They turned out fair. Now it simply figuring out the best way to light and mount them.. In there reduced size the curves that match the body aren't as noticeable as the large units. Hopefull mounting will help.

Thanks, it's still hit and miss. b
But about 75% they turn out like these. You should have seen my very first set, ( the Bronco II) full of tiny bubbless! Thanks again

Well I'm back. It's been difficult finding time and get energized about my current build. I have been watching a few builds here and decided if I'm going to use this, I needed to go back to four link. So I pulled things back apart made a new skid plate motor mount as well as made up some attachments for the shocks. Of course I had to mke up some links as well.

The front mounts are easy to identify there made from Delrin and sit on top of the frame rails and wrap down the inner frame rails.

I've never considered selling the micros. There small and don't take up a lot of space. The base car is a Redcat Sumo ( $100.00) the frame is a BangGood unit ($45.00) RocLox ($15.00) MgCrawlers wheels ($25.00) Styrene approx ($ 20.00) paint ($8.00) probably a few other bits and pieces call it about $225.00. So at two and quarter there's not really enough to worry about recouping cost. Then there's the build time, whichmI don't even want to consider. So as I say I've never considered selling one. I would think you could probably do as good a job. A lot of it is off the shelf, the body just takes patience as is the hardest part but there are enough build threads amd people to prompt you you'd probably do great. It's worth a try anyway.
