Default Contruction Equipment Info

Hi,
everyone I am a total green newbie when it comes to RC models but I am interest in construction equipment.

1) Where do I find a store to sell me a kit?

2) What are the most popular scales I should be looking for?

3) Are there ready to use models available?

Thanks

need to ask yourself what kind you want and how much you have to spend on one
building it yourself is about$4oo to $1000 dollars ,rtr are $2200 to over $10,000 for the more complicated ones
most of the constrction equipment that i have seen have been in the 1/14 scale range ,i say range as that should cover the 1/16 to 1/12 scales that folks use
RC4x4 has a digger that you should look at , and then check out rctrucksandconstruction.com forum for a few more ideas if you don't find what you are looking for here on scale

I like these, and they seem to be popular:

Areet pal, Love your avatar, is that your sporty number? I'd love to see them clamp that for parking on double yellows. Does it pull many birds? Or should i say dirty cows?
Only in Scotland. So, you should come over to Uist and check out how we roll.

Some roll like this also:

^ That's because it wasn't red.
