Yessir With some experimenting, I found what I think is the perfect solution, but it is a bit labor intensive. No photos yet unfortunately, but I figured I should share what came out of it.

First I print directly to ordinary transparent water slide decal media. I then cut another layer (by hand) of the white... using Monokote airplane covering.

The Monokote layer goes down first on to styrene.... and is heat tacked on. The water slide layer then goes on on top of that. Finally... lacquer over all of that. This extra time spent messing about though seems to be well worth it. I am now finalizing the layers needed for the Nut Buster body, and will start making that happen soon.

Other than this, I made the jump to using Savox and Hitec servos for steering. All I can say about that is HOLY FREAKING COW. The steering is so tight and nimble. This combined with the linear servo saver makes response unbelievably crisp and tuneable.
