cut it out of 1/8" 6061 plate...then used the dremel to shape it...easy just as rik said :nice:

dammit...I think I'm back to using the mashers... :rolleyes:

got the front suspension almost done minus shocks....how does this look?
I'll probably make some inner fenders so you can't see through...
