It is a runner... brass, welding and soldering and so on.

Greetings

Pat

i need to see some body off shots of the running gear. it looks like a static model to me based on the track drives.
if its a real runner youve impressed the poop out of me, no offence, but i gotta admit im skeptical about it.

wow! do you have any photo's of it's buildup?
how are the controls on it, does it skid steer like a tank or did you have it steer properly? if properly how?

I can sorta make out what looks like an antenna on the passenger's side rear of the vehicle......So I've got faith!

But as others have mentioned, in either case (static or "alive") this is quite impressive!

I am happy driving it either you believe or not talon

It was made by a Bavarian acquantaince, it is heavier than my Tamiya tanks.
Steering is done with the front axle.

Pat

Damn, about time someone did one of these. Is the front axle driven as well? Can you take some shots showing the running gear and all that?

the only picture from the building stage I could find.
Made by the able hands of the Bavarian creator.

never called you a liar, just couldnt see any signs of it being functional. i stand 100% corrected. and seeing it without the body, i can see that its driven by the large front bogey wheel. hats off to the builder and yourself.

Dang...I was a little skeptical at first too, just because it looks so much like a static model and I couldn't see anything that would show that it moved but thanks for showing that! so I'm guessing the front axle isn't driven? One way or another, that thing is awesome!
