Default toyota fj40 body

Hi all

I need a body for a Tamiya hilift.Will tha tamiya Fj40 lexan body fit or is the wheel base to long on the Hi Lift Chassis?

The Tamiya FJ40's wheelbase is just under 10 inches, or about an inch too short. You could fudge it on there with some creative fender trimming, but it wouldn't be a real good fit.

I own a Tamiya FJ40 body and planted it on a scx10 chassis.
I had to shorten the links heaps to get the wheel base to fit.
your best bet is to buy the bushwacker body from pro-line, Im pretty sure thats a better fit on the high-lift chassis

Supra is selling off his Proline FJ body. Fitted to a Bruiser (same WB as High Lift). It is the old one (not the Bushwhacker), prior to licensing disputes. Perfect condition, meticulous paint, off road decals in the windows, and a ProLine roof rack. $35

You do not talk about Fight Club....
