Smile 1/10 Scale Accessories?

Hi all...

I'm on a mission to find scale sized construction cones for my F350. Nothing against RC Rock Crawling website, but I don't want the octagon shaped cones, I want an actual round cone, with the reflector tape if I can find it. I've googled everything I can think of "construction cones", "traffic cones" etc for a scale sized F350, but I have had no luck. Anybody on here found fun scale sized accessories for sale somewhere? Cones, traffic signs, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

yeah these look good. i like the rc4wd cones but you will have to add your own reflective tape.

How many cones come with the little construction toy at Target? I'll have to swing by there today on my way home, see what they have. I can't believe it is so difficult to find 1/10 scale things like signs, cones, etc. You'd think with the RC world, that more people would make them.

i bet you can find something at a dollar store too. they always have the oddest (and sometimes most useful) things. just dont go in expecting the highest quality plastics and paint on them.

Yup! those kinda stores always have things that can be used, I have seen some construction vehicle sets with cones, and lots of these items are mismatched as far as scale goes, so for a couple dollars you can get all sorts.

X3 on the dollar store cones thats where we got our comp markers, and they had a few shapes and sizes. Best scale one Ive found were at radio shack for the old zip zap cars though. Not sure if those thing are even made anymore though. If you cant find exactly what you want you could always sculpt one and get a plastic casting kit and make your own. At one time on RCC there was a guy that made sighs for trail heads and whatnot but not sure anymore. Those you could get some thin alum. cut the shape and just mask and paint, or have a vinyl shop print your precut sign graphics.

Dollar store sounds like a good plan, but if not, you might be able to sand the Rc4wd ones round. Maybe chuck it up in a small lathe or just taped over a drill bit in a drill, and sand it to round? Just an Idea...
