Getting more parts for my tranny-mod today. Then it will be pretty small (compared to stock) but only 2-speed.
Will do a complete description of my mods, when I'm satisfied...

Yeah it may even be rough getting a modded 3sp down in there, they are absolutely friggin huge, i had a hard time mounting 1 in my 1:6 Dodge

Build is looking awesome bro. Keep it up.

I have too threadjack for just a moment, great build BTW. Anyway, I don't think you have the room, but I dropped a Hilift 3-spd in an Axial SCX10 chassis

It can be done

And this is the truck as it is now(I still need electronics in it)

Sorry bout that, You can have it back

i appreicate the pics jeffro, after seeing your pic....i think i can do it!
what leaf kit is that,or is it a bunch of bruiser parts bolted on?

i was thinking about maybe hacking off the hl transfer case and using the gcm transfer case.

I was hoping you wouldn't mind. The leafs, shackles and perches are all RC4WD parts. And I also went with RC4WD's clocked Tranny Plate. Good Luck, I will try to keep an eye on this. I have more pics if you need to see any more, but I think you will find that it goes in fairly easy.

Edit= I remember Pantablo showed that one from gcmachine, I may have to check into that one sometime

the rc4wd killer transfer case looks more scale, but think this on is more heavy duty, for around the same price.
i bought a r2 tranny from them awhile back and wasnt impressed with it for the price and hype of rc4wd stuff. them my plastic trex 60 were crap, both sets......so im gonna try this out.
i do like some rc4wd stuff though.
i cant wait to try it.....if i get to use it for this build.

once again....thanks for the pics and the insight on the install of the big black beast!

Will be a cool build.

pics of the body are long gone though, but the chassis layout is very clever
i sent him a pm asking about the body pics.
