ok guys im going to show step by step on how i do it

this will a longline edition scania

30 inches long

all wheel drive

3 speed 55 turn motor

2 inch sleeper cab extension

a small platform

going to be a huge truck

ok lets start with cab

where im pointing i cut along the seam

next i cut along the top seam, 52mm / 2 inches up

then i cut straight across

time to make the extension

im making a tad longer then at 1st desribed

my extension is 57mm, i need also to make left and right side the same shape as the side vanes

where im pointing is how i get me shape

here the 2 side are cut.noticed the shape

on the back of the cab i needed to add 2x backers using 2x peices of 060 plastic card

here i show the double backer on the back and i show the sideses on the cab

now put the cab back together the same way you took it apart

time for the bonnet

you cut straight across the mounting holes for the aero cap

ok under neath i just placed some backers.2x going diagnal to keep the cab squared

on the bonnet, the outer part i used 080 plastic card, sand alittle now before it becomes to much

on the corners i used 080plastic card , cut some lines evry 2.5 mm, then i curved them by popping each rib
on top i used anoth 080.you can see where i stopped on the egde.
