This truck is SaaaaWEEEEETT.

I LOVE THE STANCE....and like Talon said earlier....perfect representation of a daily driver with some affordable mods done to it.

This is how I wanted to set my 1/6th SS up...and now...sadly...I've sold both of mine !!

I was going to use the trucks thick plastic chassis/undertray....like you did....they're really STRONGER than most people think they are.


I've still got my BIG 1/6th Scaled Jeep Gladiator left...so hopefully I can build a big twuck like yore's someday tw0.


If you need another Stampede tranny...I've got one already trimmed down and ready for ya....jest let me know bro !



I'm ready for a VID of this thing.....u gotz it runnin yet hombre'????

Not running yet, need a summit trans, pede trans, and electronics. And im flat broke now lol.

Yep, went right through LOL. Its feeling better already, ive been leaving it unwrapped unless im working, makes it feel A LOT better.

Man time is flying, luckily we've only had 1 snowfall so far. Still got a chance to get her running and build a plow

Decided to use what i had on hand instead of spending 70 bucks on a summit trans.

Got the WK mounted up and a Pede trans as the t-case.
I will cut down a 2nd pede trans to use the bottom shaft further back to carry the driveshaft so it wont be 9 inches long lol.

I just won a summit tranny for $35 - partial though without motor plate. Gotta find one and bid right towards the end - I've lost 5 or so, but finally won one.

What kind of power is going to be running through that beast? EDIT: Kershaw, got it!! Hope that WK tranny has some beefed up gears. Demolished mine on the first run with Mo v1

This might be hard to believe given the size of these trucks, but i am almost lost as to where i am gonna mount my servo.
I think i have a spot picked out, but it means cutting a bit more out of the fenderwell, which may also cause me to have to add some bracing to the fender section....Joy.

Picked up the hardware i needed on the way to work this morning.
Got the heat going in the shop now too, so pics for sure tonight.

I need to figure out what i want to do with the bumper. The tires rub bad, like cut an inch off the end of the bumper bad..... guess i need to make a new one.

Servo mounted.
Hitec 5955TG.... Yeah.... shes torquey Plenty for these big tires.

Same with Mo, I ended up having to cut it off. Worked fine in a straight line...seems being able to turn the front wheels was somewhat important.

This one just screws on.
Guess ill have to get some brass and see what i can come up with, that will hold up.

Cant really say right now that im liking the Dune XT's, maybe if i get some narrower wheels with less offset....
