RC4WD BAD Service

I bought a Landrover 110 body for $199 from RC4WD on 23 November.
Instead they send me a beetle Lexan body. I have sent this back, paying $30 towards postage. Its now more than 2 months later, and I havent received what I paid for. Does anybody else had bad service from RC4WD?

Thank you. I have always druled over the eye candy on RC4WD's website.
This is the "SOURCE", however after this problem I was disapointed.
Hopefully we can sourt it out, otherwise, where will I get my fix from.

Very sorry to hear of you issue. We did originally use a previous part number from our inventory which resulted in some old stock being sent instead of the defender 110 body. I thought we had all those issue resolved, and I am sorry yours was not.

If it was just the bettle body, you could just kept it or toss away. Can you email us again, so we can check further whats going on. We did made that mistake with the wrong part # in our warehouse, most customer got a replacement already. We are out of the D110 body, so this might have effected a few customers, I am not sure if you are effected or not, But I need the order # to find out more. thanks.

Thank you for the response. I thought that there might have been some backlog problem. They should have just communicate this to me.
My order is Order 11582. I admire all the stuff that you keep on your online shop. RC4wd must be the online shop with the most and best scale 4wd stuff out there.
