As Bajaboy told me 1 minute later...can I enter the buildoff with my modified scorcher?

It's only a normal SS kit by Tamiya that I'm modifying, so i don't know if I can join the buildoff

i've been thinking about getting in on this. i have a scorcher chassis put together, a body sitting in brake fluid, and a 1:10 bus for a tow rig sitting on the bay with my high bid on it. i
ll know in a day in a half if i'm in.

I would guess it would be ok, but if it started before the build-off it might not be eligible and my thought is that you're unlikely to get many votes unless its a bit more custom than merely a cool sandscorcher - after all you will be side by side with custom made bodyshells starting from nothing yours will have to work extra hard to stand out.

well, i won the van, so i'll be getting started in the next couple of weeks.

im thinking i might jump on the bandwagon. but im still trying to finish one before i start another, so it might be a couple weeks before i get stuck in. i have an idea for the parts i was going to build the F350 from but never started.

so iv got some bits and an idea so we will see what i come up with.
