im just gonna say that i withdraw from the comp, theres no way im gonna get to finish my beetle. i started and then didnt have enough funds to buy more stuff and then lost interest. so one day it will get done but for now its back in a box.

I missed this thread when it first went up or I would have jumped in. I'm a newb and I'd love to jump in on this. I started a Sand-Hopper hybrid in April (after this technically started). It's a Baja-style racer meant to pound around in the copious amounts of sand here in the UAE.

If you don't mind me jumping in kinda late, I'll start a build thread.

So today's the end... who's judging the build-off?
I didn't get mine quite to the finished level I wanted, but it 95% there and runs. I've posted some final photos for consideration.

Not sure how anyone can compete with boobies though.
