The rear diff is identical to the front and it is also open.

Continuing the build. Working on the front end of the buggy, setting up the steering knuckles.

Be sure to not the angle of the hub carrier, the pivot pin, and the grub screw that holds the pivot pin in place. This is right side up.


Installing arms into front chassis plate.

Turnbuckles, note that there are two sizes of turnbuckles, these will be the larger set. The one in the image is actually the smaller one, but you get the idea.

Started work on the gearbox.








Motor mounting plates and outdrive cup.



On to the slipper clutch, all the parts pictured below.

Be sure to note that they kit comes with two types of friction plates, you will used the aluminum ones for this build.

At this point I moved ahead to the wheels, the next step in the manual would be to start on the body panels but at the moment I am out of paint.

Final process, the body panels are painted and decals are being applied!






Installing the hinges for the body. Make a note of the screws used here as they are two different lengths but it is unclear in the manual. (see video below)
