I installed my walls, which get ribbed white metal on the outside and concrete clock on inside.

the pallets in the middle and the wood bundles inside will sit on racks three high.

The robbe forklfit can move around the inside

now that all the wood is painted, I put the warehouse together. Then unloaded half the covered wagon with the forklift. Ribbed metal required an expensive tool that I would only once.

I was asked by Ric of Precision Model Dist. to build a second warehouse dock to be able to haul to and unload trailers at the Indy show. I went for just a back dock part of a warehouse. 2 trailers can be backed in where the cover wagon is or one trailer side uloaded on the front of the dock. The low end of the dock is for low reailers or a train cars. There is ramp to get down to ground level behind the covered wagon.
I found the two hand forklifts and ride on froktruck on a toy website last week.
the skid steer it not yet rc, I am waiting on few more parts.

blue forklift is a robbe brand kit and the blue covered wagon wedico lengthen faltbed with stake and hoops made by a friend.

the pallet mover is to small to fit all needed mirco rc componets that are available currently.

I made a pair of cantiliver racks and on large pallet rack which hold 48 pallets. The racks are made out of plastic, but I ran short and used some balsa to stengthen the racks up.

I addded some more detail to the warehouse with 1/4" yellow striping tape. The hatched off areas are for no pallets to be put there. I still have to make the loading ramps for the trailers.

Pallet Rack

Cantilever Racks

Warehouse

Oh my... Speechless.

The whole place just looks like so much fun, I could spend all day and all night in there moving and loading stuff!

Need any employees ? I could try and shrink down to 1/16 if needed!
