Scale 4x4 R/C and Axial Racing have come together to present a build up and review of the new Wraith kit version! The build is well underway, and the review will come soon after. Click the image below for more details on the kit and to follow the detailed build up!

Wraith Kit Version

If you haven't seen the Wraith RTR yet, you've been living under a rock! ;) Axial has now released the kit version of the Wraith with a few differences from the RTR besides the obvious lack of electronics. There's a few nice upgrades, here's a comparison:

 WRAITH™ KIT / RTR COMPARISON

FEATURE AX90020 WRAITH™ KIT AX90018 WRAITH™ RTR
Factory Assembled: (unassembled kit)
Electronics (Motor, ESC, Receiver, Servo): (electronics not included)
Suspension Links: 7mm Aluminum Lower Links Plastic Links Upper and Lower
Axles: Universal Joint Axles Standard Dogbones
Shock Springs: Purple (Soft) Red (Medium)
Tires: R35 Compound (soft) S40 Compound (standard)
Wheels: Black Chrome / Black
Body: Clear body panels Pre-painted body
Seats: Black Grey
LED Lights: (LED lights not included)

Of course you will need to provide your own R/C transmitter and receiver, electronic speed control, motor, and battery. Being a kit, it require full assembly by you, and comes with a set of clear body panels and interior. You'll get to assemble the truck piece by piece and know exactly how it works when you're finished, as well as take the time to fit each component to your own perfect standards! With the clear body panels, you also get to pick your own colors for a custom paint scheme.

The build thread is well underway, and will soon be complete! Click HERE to view the thread and follow the build. You should also click HERE to view Axial's page with full details and specifications!

Stay tuned for the full review to come soon, as well as some nice aluminum upgrades from Axial to be installed shortly after!
