that trans looks nice to put in a custom project. Selectable locker will be cool, wander if you could modify it to work as a dig

that truck so far blows all the competition out of the water box stock it has alot of great features..

full CVDS, selectable lockers, weighted beadlocks, tires look great(we all know that can be misleading) a 4 links set up with optional springs for droop, bent links, alumium caps on shocks, color options, and a great street price..

now the big question what will there parts and support system be like.. and will the aftermarket support the product..

sure would be sweet to see them do a axle only offering like axial does

Sweet! I have been waiting for remote lockable axles. I just want the axles so I can re-case them and use them on a custom build

I donno about the shock mounting points on the axles... being bent like that will limit how you can mount them with other chassis... but the shocks themselves look really nice, both internal and external springs.

looking at the axle Cs, I wonder if axial stuff (RCP clockable Cs, RCP/axial/whoever else straight axle adaptors) will fit? I definitely like the idea of remote lockers. also, it would be great if axial driveshafts (like the rear straight axles, or MIP CVDs for the front if the stock venom stuff doesn't pan out for durability) fit the diffs? I really hope these are either teh same width as axial axles or maybe a teensy bit narrower. if the axles are about that width and can handle some serious power, I'd love to try something like maybe a pair of RC4WD T1 Disruptor planetary trans, each with it's own Goat system. basically, each axle gets it's own Goat system, albeit running through something like a 9:1 reduction box. run it with a 6+ channel radio with channel mixing, have a rotary knob on the transmitter to control the mixing (read: on the fly adjustable front/rear power bias from honest-to-god FWD to honest-to-god RWD, and everything in between), then have the remaining channels for the remote diff locks. that would be bordering on the most insane scaler/basher ever, except MAYBE for thor's goat powered XC

from Chris Nicastro at Venom (the creeper's designer)

"Yes you can use rear steer, just add another servo mount and linkages and your ready to go. With your 6ch radio you can have independent F/R locking diffs and F/R steering, the ultimate in manuverability!

The axles are 198mm from hex face to face.

Chris"

Is that wider than Axial axles?
I think it is.
