Very nice work Micha. Could you do a 1/10 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ? I've been looking for one for a while. Can't seem to find New Bright models

Thanks

This one was printed on a Leapfrog printer. Actually there is one on the way printed in SLS from shapeways, looking forward seeing this one. Should be a lot better.

Ha ha, "Super Trooper". Actually I do not even recall why this Trooper odysee ended. And what exactly do you mean with "waiting for my Cherkee??

I just had to check what the heck a WJ is, with not being a Jeep guy, I cannot know such things.
Now that I know: Sorry, I would doubt that I will ever do this. IF there is more time for CAD work, I will make the facelift variant of the one I just did. Whichever model THAT is. At the moment there is my real Mercedes G in the works, using up all my free time (and money ;-(( ), so there is no new CAD body in the planning!

Wow, I am impressed. With the right background it will be hard to be distinguished from a real one! Your attention to detail is outstanding!

So, Shapeways delivered the Jeep yesterday. Taking pictures of a white body is a pain for me, it looks much better in real life than in these pictures:

This is proper 1/10 scale. I don't know nothing of the dimensions of any other chassis, so I rely on the scale in the end.

Would u be able to tell me the wheelbase and the width between the arches? I have a feeling it will be much smaller than the proline lexan body coz it measures almost perfect 1/8 scale.

Well, I don't know the Proline body as well. But 1/8 scale is no problem as well, technically speaking. I can scale the design to any specification. Its just a matter of the price in the end ;-))
