![]() I do not want to waste your time, better finish your LR.
I thought I'd saved some level. I have some things, but would need a profile measures. But given the 109 "and overall length measures giving no problems and if the chassis is not shaped identical to the 1 / 1 not notice much (not circulate like this) ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us See, most beautiful thing, so will mine. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Rarely seen without the roof here, looks "African" and I really like. No more annoying you, that I am messing your thread. Greetings.

![]() Pare, I don"t think you will find anything more accurate than the coach builders drawings you have....
![]() Made as start on the chassis mods now ![]() ![]() ![]() Much more to go but within the confines of the Bruiser chassis, it's looking a bit more Land Roverish ![]()

![]() These drawings are charming, almost ingenuos.Me really like.
We already get used to large 3D drawings and these seem to have 100 years. Surely build the chassis mixed (plastic, aluminum and fiberglass) as my Defender, which seems tough and I think I can do something like 1 / 1. regards From all this, my dear translator does a soup unpalatable. "Made as start on the chassis mods now " "Much more to go but within the confines of the Bruiser chassis, it's looking a bit more Land Roverish" Surely you will understand later, but sise refers to the new pieces look great. Some paint quickly to get a better idea of the whole. Greetings.

![]() Well I have been on holiday but am back and I have managed to get a bit more work done in the chassis dept
![]() Padre, sorry crazy translator doesn't do his job well! hope this will help.... "made a start on the chassis mods now" = I have started to change the chassis to look more like LR "Much more to go but within the confines of the Bruiser chassis, it's looking a bit more Land Roverish" = more work to do but as this is a Tamiya Bruiser chassis I am happy it is looking more like a LR chassis. ![]() On with the update...Brazed up the bumpers (after reminding myself how to braze ![]() ![]() ![]() Converted some stock Knight Hauler shocks which I had laying around into something similar to LR shocks. Stock shock on right then one for the rear and one for the front. ![]() Fitted them ![]() ![]() Next job is to swap the original three step for an ESC and re-fit the transmission and electrics. ![]()

![]() ![]() Couldn't resist.......VIDEO ![]() Well after putting an ESC in it, it would be rude not to ![]() ![]() I know it's not much, no mud (well the front axle has no third member fitted and the cover isn't on the RC box), it still only has two wheel drive and the body's not finished but I hope you like ![]()

![]() I really like this build, the scale detail is fantastic. Well done.
I think this build is particularly dangerous to the reader though. Something in the way you've presented the build makes a project like this look possible for meer mortals. Looks like you have a set of the hwpeterl aluminium wheels - in the pictures on eBay they look great. If that's what they are then are they as good as they look? |

![]() ![]() Not hwpeterl wheels, just RC4WD stock steel. Well having had a little drive and sorted the niggles that were present like the end of the motor shaft rubbing on the grill panel and the front shocks not having enough droop, it's back to detail on the body..... ![]() made some D rings now, just bent a spare control arm into a D shape and brazed it to a base (twice ![]() ![]() And for comparison, the lil' one ![]() And the big 'un ![]() Still much to do on the outside but the yard work needs doing before wifey gets home......or...... ![]()
