Default Filling in welds

Cleaning up the frame on my tuber, some of the welds have some small gaps. I just want to fill them in to make it all smooth.

Any ideas or tips?

PS - I didn't weld the frame, and I have no welder.

i 2nd the brazeing. a 50.00 Mapp gas kit form hispanic depot or lowes will have them. or a tractor supply store. get some 3/16 brazing flux coated rods and an extra can of oxygen. the 1.4 oz cans of oxy go FAST.

brazing would be best. JB Weld would be ok as a 2nd choice.
