I wasn't going to post these over here at all, but after 2beers made me want to build a fuel rack, i figured adding the pic with gas pumps and VW was the easy way to tie it to a thread i have going on here.

1948 Wayne 100-A Gas Pump
1954 Tokheim 350 Twin Gas Pump

The pump scale is only 1/18, but the detailing is amazing, especially at $10 per pump. Greenlight collectables. The nozzles are removable with rubber hose, all the decals are legible. The wayne has a rotating part where the fuel hose exits. Would not be easy to make the lights work.

Just needs some fake concrete pads to set the pumps, maybe a little roof over them, simple building, and a logo sign to put by the road.

What about my off-highway equipment? It needs fuel too.

"Yo momma wears NDT" somehow doesn't seem that mean.

Not sure if that question was from the big truck or the old one...

2beers struck again with idea for something that needed built. I should quit reading his threads. Bad influence

Now we've got the start of a Muscle Bike. Ape hangar bars, banana seat, sissy bar, chopper fork, cock-knocker shifter...

If i'm going to go out towing this on any more public roads, i better add in some more safety before the police notice and want to discuss things...

A jewlery thing (necklace spacer?), and some chain.

Now there's a magnet on bottom of the hitch drawbar. Snap the hitch together, stick the chains up and adjust slack. If i used 2 smaller weaker magnets i could do the chain cross better, but it's what i had on hand.

It's not much of an update, but the brightwork is now chrome instead of just silver paint.
Hubcaps, headlight bezels, door handles, interior details.

Hubcap reflections!

Both cars work fine... just towing the other one so you can swap them when the first one overheats. Hehe

That's really cute! Type 1.5 vw double split window? That's a cool way to save 2 that are too bad to fix

Actually look at the dump truck thread again for a hint.
