Good day. At one time it was a real breakthrough. As many as 38 different models based on the WC were produced - medical vans, six-wheeled all-terrain vehicles, dump trucks, and a host of other military equipment. I think this marked the beginning of the production of pickups, crossovers and SUVs. Returning from the war, many American soldiers literally demanded that the Dodge civilian version of a reliable, powerful and beautiful WC.
