Default Motorcycle to Reverse Trike Conversion?

So I was thinking...Could you pull the front suspension off a motorcycle, slap on the front suspension from a buggy, and wire up the steering servo, you could make a reverse trike thing, like these:

Well I can put it on my never ending list of projects, but it will be close to the top. I'll probably start with a ThunderTiger Ducati TT electric, hack off the front forks, build up something to mount the front of a Rustler, and get some thinner wheels/tires for the front and it'll be good to go.

I don't know if that's the best option-I'm looking more for performance than scale appearance, maybe make it able to handle a few jumps and what not, and I think I can do that best with Rustler suspension, while still looking a little bit like something that could be actually built in real life.

Well the first thing I would have to get is the bike itself-deffinitely a Thunder Tiger electric Ducatti 999R. After that I will have to figure out the front suspension, somehow...Wether that would be Rustler suspension or something more custom and scale, possibly even something custom made to be more scale, but probably not due to my fabrication skills-none.

Is that the 2007 model? I've been looking at the T-Rex for a long time now-it's only 40k and can outrun a Lamborghini Murcielago I'll probably use the original chassis from the motorcycle, use Revo front arms for the front suspension, and custom build the arm mounts on the front. All in good time though.
