cool - most of it seems ok I think for me its the lights and the fact that the front is inclined rather than straight up and down like it should be - if you sort that out it should be close enough..... :chug:

Does it come apart easily? like is the bumpers and chrome stuff screwed to the truck or does it have to be cut off?

I also got one, back in December for my birthday (got it at "Target"), and haven't done anything with it yet. But I did do some checking with what I had around. I intend to do a scale rig also, but if anyone is curious here is how it fits an E-Maxx...

The wheelbase is just about right, the rest is... a bit much.

once I get the headlight guards and bullbar on you won't even notice the slant to the front :nice: and cafestomp, no offense but mine won't look anything like that when it's done I promise! and offroader I got it at Kmart in the clearance isle for $20...

you're in luck with the touareg because it uses the longer wheelbase availible on the xc chassi, but it still is only 10.5 inches. later

yea but I think for the best performance I'll go with a custom frame and tlt axles :nice: thanks for the info

update...broke out the dremel and cut er up a bit...this is shaping up rather nicely I think...and I'm feeling it will be a 2.2 rig rather than a 1.9'r so can someone move this thread for me? thanks and sorry

the fronts run into the door slightly but just imagine there's a seam there and that part opens with the door...lol
