man I go to sleep for a couple of hours and all of a sudden its painted, ad I've missed a page of posts.... :blink:

should be cool with it all detailed up....I've no idea how to make small alu diamond plate tho...

For the armor pieces, you should use some diamond plate steel or aluminum. I've also seen diamond plate styrene sheets. I think that would look awesome. Very nice looking body, can't wait for the finished product.

diamond plate steel? lol a little heavy don't you think? the dont make aluminum diamond plate this small...and I won't use plastic.

Looks awesome! When I start working on mine, I'll have to do something about the fenders as well. I hate to buy a whole lexan body just to hack the fenders off though... :lol: Maybe I can salvage what's left of it and make a cut up crawler body or something. They just look so perfect on there! :P

sweet. When i make my scalers trailer i am gonna use one of those and a ball joint as a hitch

I saw that body before and always thought it was crappy.
Your is sooooo coool.

I thought it was 1/6. If it is 1/10 I have to think very hard about it.
I'd love to have a landy.
Maybe you already told it but I was so impressed by the pics I didn't read anything :lol: what are the plan for the frame and axle? TLTs?

I got bored so I stuck it on my twin crawler to see how it looked...lol huuuge...it's not going to sit nearly this high..and hopefully I can get all of the frame and mechanicals under the body and not hanging out the bottom like this...
