Default first look... HPI 240Z club racer

so far...

lots of options when you assemble it... lay down front shocks, steering servo mounting, wheelbase, battery mounting... all have different choices available so pay attention to what you are doing lol... and EVERYTHING is adjustable on this chassis... ackerman, camber, caster, anti-dive... you name it it's adjustable. I can't wait to drive it and see how it handles. I love everything about the chassis... very well thought out layout and just an impressive design overall. and 5 stars to HPI for an amazing body that easily rivals the quality of tamiyas finest lexan work. there are ZERO lexan runs, wrinkles or defects in this body... even tamiya has been known to have some of those on a few bodys. I'll be painting it tomorrow so more pics then. got my motor on order so no hurry stickin the electrics in just yet. oh yea the silver carbon fiber is my doing, the chassis come in black fiberglass in the kit. but the orange anodized parts are kit standard as are the teflon sealed full bearings

they are very good tires for racing...I'll be changing the wheels and tires though... I'm probably going to run standard 1.9's w treaded tires. btw M-chassis tires do not fit these wheels. these are larger in diameter and they have that weird double lip like the hpi nostalgia wheels have on the outside lip.

it's not HPi, it's ABC body : http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/body-d...c-438_874.html

most parts come from ABC and the chassis look like the ABC one.

I am interested in your opinion after your 1st run

it most certainly NOT the abc body... I've seen that body and this one is nothing like it. nor is the chassis from them either... this is an all new car from hpi. please do some research before posting your mis-information next time.

It's looking good KC. How did you do the silver carbon treatment, Silver sharpie? Either way this is a sweet kit, I can't wait to see what you do with the body..

What motor is going in it?
It's a sweet looking chassis, and all the adjustments are surprising, but what I'm really waiting for.......
Where's the body?!
