Joan, I myself have 3 adult children, and I don't know if I would be strong enough to do what you just did for us. I "Thank You" from the bottom of my heart.

I, as most others on this site did not know Matt personally, only through contact on here and I can tell you I had more respect for him then some people I know and see daily. I too looked forward to his comments and thoughts (ok, I've lost site of my keyboard, my eyes are leaking)

I (we) miss him greatly.

Like Jeffro said I only contacted him and talked to him through this site and I (we) are very sorry for your loss. I loved his builds and he (at least I think) enjoyed giving feed back on others builds. Im sure we all appreciated his imput and help along with suggestions. I myself jusst being a kid of 13 have had a couple of friends that have done the same things and not knowing Matt on a personal basis I no how hard it is to loose sombody. When I was first building my Crew Cab I was really eager to hear his comments as he was one of the first people on here that had a F350 Crew Cab. I know i will miss him for sure and I give you all my prayers.

Joan, thank you for posting that. I am sure that this is a difficult subject for you. Matt was my hero. He was seriously who i looked at as an older brother and looked up to. He always helped me with my trouble and was always willing to give a hand in anything that needed. I have a frame he made for me and i will always cherish it for it is my reminder of this truely great man that changed the lives of almost if not all members on this forum.
If you need anything let me know. Matt helped me so i am in debt to help his family in any way possible. (And no i did not meet him in person though i always wanted to, so that shows just how big of an impact he made)

Joan, thank you so much for giving us closure. I think we all knew, but it means so much more to hear from his family. Matt is sadley missed on this and other forums, but I'm sure he and Tim (another lost member) are showing heaven what scale rigs are all about.

I have lost friends and a brother to the same fate, so I have some idea of what you're going through. Be strong and God bless.

Joan, Like the others i have never met your son personally but have learned a lot from watching his builds. It has been an honor to have known him even if it was only on this forum. R.I.P. Matt

Mrs. Wolfe,

Please take great comfort in knowing that Matt touched us all with his talent, personality and great generosity. For someone so young, he was wise well beyond his years and his skills as a builder were unmatched. He will be greatly missed by all of us and always dwell in our thoughts and in our hearts.

I really don't know what to say here..

I am deeply sorry for your loss and am saddened that the board/ scale scene has lost another fantastic builder and guy. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Another gone, but never forgotten.

Ian

Mrs. Wolfe,
As many have said, thank you for taking the time to come on here and let us all know how things are. I myself, as a father, can only imagine what it must be like to loose a child.
Matt was not a close friend of mine but I did have some deals with him and he was help to me several times through out the past years. He will be missed by many and remembered by many more.
My prayers are with you and your family.

Matt, rest easy my friend.

Joan I would also like to extend my condolences to you and your family. It is hard to lose a family member, and I think that I can speak for us all and say that Matt was a big part of our family here on Scale. Though many miles separate us all, when there is a loss of a friend or family, its great to know that others are here to help us through even the most difficult times.

I just want to add that Matt is still and always wll be in our hearts and forever in our memories.
