Hey Gixxer, we're in Reston, where are you? There doesn't seem to be many of us around here but there are a few. Have you checked out VARCOR (Virginia Radio Controlled Offroaders) or MDRCC (Maryland Radio Controlled Crawlers)? Lots of good guys, frequent get-togethers and crawling comps.

Hey Moto, thanks for responding. Im in the Fort Washington area, pretty close to DC and only 6 miles away from Alexandria. I have been on and off this hobby because I haven't been able to find any other enthusiasts. I obviously didn't have any issue finding other sportbike riders out here as there are tons of them. Back in Los Angeles where Im from, there are a lot of scale crawlers. But anyway, let me know when the next meet is in your end. I just water proofed my rig. Im also planning on making a crawler trail in the backyard of the house Im trying to buy so that should be pretty neat. Thanks again and hope to hear from you soon!

This is an old thread, but I figured I would post on it anyway. I'm from the Baltimore area (21222) and I've been looking for scalers in the area. No real luck thus far. Just purchased an SCX10 and D90 hard body for my second build. Can't wait to find some people to go trail riding/crawling with!
