Yes, correct. Fusion 360 can export both to the 3D printer and to the CNC mill.

For 3D printing, I just select the Body I want to print and right-click "Save as STL".

For CNC milling, I go to the CAM workspace in Fusion 360 and create all the different types of cuts there.

thankyou im going to go through the videos and see what i can learn!! I am an apprentice diesel mechanic so I work on this type of stuff and i think it would be awesome to build a small scale version!!

I found a use for it at my workplace doing promo work and I just finished it enough for that. Now it has been at my work for all this time and I'm thinking about retiring it and taking it home to do the final pieces of work (add lights etc).

One of the things I have to fix, is the left track motor. After a truck transport from the other side of Norway, the back platform had been broken off on both sides and the track motor did not run. I think maybe it was attempted lifted in the plastic, it broke and the whole thing crashed to the ground. But I don't know exactly since I wasn't there. Anyways, it has to be fixed.

Heavy as it is and with all that force on the track tensioner, I actually had to make a little plan on how to go about it, almost like on a real machine. I put it on it's side and got to work. Luckily I had a replacement motor lying around:



















Finally back in shape!

The v192 is one of the very early versions that did not have those components, correct. But download the v300 that you find on the previous page. That version has everything.

I just registered to this forum because of this topic.
It is a great build, I like the non hydraulic way!
I want to rebuild this excavator for my son, so I imported your model to Autodesk Inventor and made a few small changes. I started to make complete parts list and tried to get all prices. I have problems to find the gas springs, your links are broken. Can you give more details about the springs?
